We provide mediation as an early intervention method for resolving disputes, reducing violence and increasing the safety and well-being of Metro West residents. We serve residents and businesses in the Metro West, including the towns of Acton, Ashland, Bedford, Carlisle, Concord, Framingham, Hopkinton, Hudson, Lexington, Lincoln, Marlboro, Maynard, Natick, Sherborn, Stow, Sudbury, and Wayland.
Mediation is a structured process in which a neutral third-party facilitates a conversation to help the participants reach a mutually beneficial outcome. In addition to mediating in the courts, we specialize in divorce, elder and community mediation.
We offer a variety of conflict resolution workshops for organizations, businesses, and schools. Our annual training, for those who want to become mediators, is held in the fall.
"We had many moving pieces, [the mediators] kept track and helped us get through it all. They made an emotional, hard, complex process relatively easy. Thank you."
"[Mediation is] much more “humanized” than going before a judge. [We were] able to connect with the human factor. Please do mediation 100%."
"Our mediator was exceptional in her ability to keep both parties calm and on course with the process."
