We constructively resolve challenging conflict.

We act as neutral third party mediators to facilitate conversation, build understanding, and overcome impasse. We help parties craft durable agreements based on what matters most to them.

We train community members and organizations in the skills of conflict resolution, equipping them with the tools to improve relationships and increase efficiency.

We serve residents and businesses throughout MetroWest Massachusetts, including the towns of Acton, Ashland, Bedford, Carlisle, Concord, Framingham, Hopkinton, Hudson, Lexington, Lincoln, Marlboro, Maynard, Natick, Sherborn, Stow, Sudbury, and Wayland.

Mediation

Mediation is a structured process in which a neutral third-party facilitates a conversation to help the participants reach a mutually beneficial outcome. In addition to mediating in the courts, we specialize in divorce, elder and community mediation.

Training

We offer a variety of conflict resolution workshops for organizations, businesses, and schools. Our annual training, for those who want to become mediators, is held in the fall.
